We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Prostash Premium. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team or issue the return from the accounts page and we will get back to you.

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging and tags must be intact.
• Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds will take 1 to 3 days to reflect once account details have been provided.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
